Mitsuru is the no-nonsense school council president, daughter of a prominent CEO, and head of the school club S.E.E.S, which was secretly formed to combat the Shadows that terrorize the city of Iwatodai at night during the Dark Hour. She is well deserving of her nickname 'The Imperious Queen of Executions'.
