Jim's at the mall buying his stuff while Squirmy it's pacefully sleeping inside his belly making him look around 6-7 months pregnant soooo...
Options:
1) A salesman pushes him inside the maternity store offering some new outfits to replace his since they're not made to cover said "pregnancy" Jim tries to explain he's not actually pregnant keeping Squirmy as a secret by saying "it's just food" as the slime inside decides to move confusing the salesman.
2)A little girl comes to Jim patting his belly in exciment to wich Squirmy isn't very happy so he expands himself making Jim's belly bigger, the mother of the child comes in apologizing for what happened as the girl explains how Jim's belly grew as a balloon. (how big tho...)
