Ingame livemap for the F-4 Phantom by Heatblur available for alpha patrons

It can serve as F10 map replacement.
A moving ingame livemap with draw, notes, showing friendlies, show mission route, import planning notes from DWV, different map layers.
Shortcuts:
(p) Paint
(t) Text
(m) Measure
(f) Follow player on/off
Saving notes doesnt work. HB confirmed file api remains disabled. Loading notes from DWV works. May not work in Multiplayer ( not tested )
