i viewed your Christchurch massacre video on youtube. i totally agree about how the west has been the chief financier and inventor of national terrorism in places like Syria and international terrorism in general... and it makes me sick to have to watch the whole thing play out. but, i am unaware of the tweets by Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez that you were unhappy with. could you give those quotes at some point? i am not a social media person - i do not do twitter or facebook. my thoughts on the two of them is that they are being soooo attacked in this country for being so revolutionary in their basic comments that i am not sure they can be judged as having a true access to 'freedom of speech'. i see them as having gotten on a bus that is full of deranged people and is going downhill incredibly fast. trying to do something and say things to get the bus to turn around is causing them a mind boggling amount of personal and institutional grief. i feel a LOT of compassion for them. i know that Ilhan Omar lives with constant death threats all around her all the time. i even called her congressional office to voice some support and i could tell that the lady on the phone was shocked that i was saying nice things to her. i know that i would not have the equal courage against the deep negative pressure as they are demonstrating.
