DM’s Update

DMs are moving along, I decided instead of basically building a chat system, I’m just going to use the chat we already have!
All this means is that the Who’s Online list and DM’s will be available both on the site, and in chat! It does add a minor complication of device verification like the web chat has, but that also keeps all the DMs end to end encrypted and private.
