Poll Time! Help me decide the fate of the 1.18 server!

It's been a while π sorry bout that! This summer has been really busy for me, but also fun! I hope your summer has been awesome as well.
I've been talking with Skynode about updating our vanilla server to 1.19 but we've hit a bit of an issue. The Sewing Machine Utilities mod we have on the server hasn't shown any signs up updating. Skynode tells me they haven't made any github posts since May so they don't think they've even started updating it. But basically I want to do a poll asking for your input on what we should do. So here goes. Please read each option very carefully!
