"Patreon Supporter" Discord Role Update
Added 2021-01-20 17:18:58 +0000 UTCYesterday one of my Discord mods and I noticed there were some issues with the bot we have on the Discord server that manages the auto-integration of giving active Patrons the "Patreon Supporter" role in the Discord. To fix this, we uninstalled and reinstalled the bot. It appears that most people have been automatically added back and have been given the "Patreon Supporter" role. However, if you're an active Patron and you do NOT have the "Patreon Supporter" role you may need to go into your Patreon settings, unlink your Discord account, and relink it. Once you do this, the bot should work and you should be given the role again on Discord. Let me know if you have any issues!
I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We aren't sure what happened or why the bot wasn't working properly in the first place, but hopefully we won't have to deal with this again in the future.
