There's a pattern of books written by men who think they've "figured out" female pleasure, reduce the clitoris to a "love button," and miss the point entirely. π

2026-02-20 15:42:10 +0000 UTCThanks, I will add those books to my reading list! I read She Comes First quite a few years ago and I found it interesting and helpful at that time, although it definitely lacks the psychological and sexual context. I think the way it is written, like as manual is appealing to a lot of men. But it definitely oversimplifies a lot of concepts. I recently finished reading Come as You Are and was amazed by that book! It is one of the most valuable books I ever read in the sexuality and psychology area. And it's not only about sex, but also the parts about emotions, stress, understanding yourself and others that really touched me. Even though it is written for women, I found it very valuable. I wish people would learn stuff like that in school!

Understand that package delivery has become more difficult than ever. It will all work out. Iβm sure it wasnβt easy to send out the email, but I did get extra copies of the book, both on Audible and the physical copy from Amazon. Iβm confident that people who pre-ordered the book are understanding of this.

2026-02-18 15:12:21 +0000 UTCI almost laughed out loud when I read your email. Good thing I didn't! I'm teaching school. You got to the part about the fishy smell. My wife thinks she smells fishy, but I don't and I love the taste. I ended up buying mints for when I'm done. BTW, we've just started the Epic Lovers course. We had a fascinating talk after video 2.

2026-02-17 16:48:16 +0000 UTCAs I read HBLS, I note that ANY "list" you have is ALWAYS couched in the checks and balances self examination and communication. Before you with your courses, YouTube and Patreon along with Marni Kinrys on YouTube, the only sex book I read was back in the late 1970's - "EVERYTHING YOU WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT SEX ( but were afraid to ask)". >shudder<

2026-02-17 16:14:57 +0000 UTCItβs all about the connection with the mind first, the emotions, the safety, and the security. The rest follows. I havenβt read those books because I know better.
