I ended up adding a review in Audible based on the idea I had extra audible credits that I wanted to mention here.
It just hit me, if you have an Audible credit sitting there, this is the book to use it on.
I got a friend to pick up the Audible version because he had a couple extra credits and didn’t know what to use them on, now he’s glad he did. Honestly, it’s the kind of book that wants to be shared. If you like it, tell at least two people about it. I’ve already passed it along to a friend in Los Angeles, another in Munich, Germany, and friends who are brothers in Belfast.
So yeah, spread the word far and wide. This message matters, no matter where you are.
It’s got a quiet counter-cultural heartbeat, challenging outdated norms in the best way. Not just for men or women, but for anyone who wants to live more fully, connect more deeply, and show up as their real self.
And for women especially, this book offers real insight into where men are rooted, not through stereotype or performance, but with compassion and truth.
Now I understand what’s been missing in my life, in the sense that sex can be so much greater than what culture has taught us. We miss the true benefits of integrating all the different parts of our existence, and that we have a right to full enjoyment. The best sex doesn’t come from worrying about performance. It comes from being present in a way men aren’t usually taught, where everything is always centered on performing.
Instead, you create the environment and connection that’s needed for sex, and the sex will just naturally happen, without the worry about performance, as long as you deal with all the different aspects of your Porsche, keeping it tuned and ready to run at peak performance. 🤣😂🤣
So if you’ve got a credit, use it well. And then pass it on.

I just submitted my review and the book was deeply affecting. The concept of coregulation helped me understand the deep connection I had with my partner of 30 years, she passed away from cancer two years ago. Thank you very much for this understanding Caitlin.

I just wanted to finish reading it, and I'm almost done. I haven’t received the book yet—it’s scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Once it arrives, I'm going to reread it and follow the workbook, but I've been making notes as I walk and listen. I’ve been walking and listening to it on Audible, and I noticed your side comment about how things turn out a little squiggly when you’re not unified—I’ll say! This book is about so much more than sex; it's about the mind and spirit uniting with the body so you can be present with the person that you’re with whoever that is including yourself.

My review appears to be in approval somewhere; it hasn't hit the site yet. I see online that delays of several days are common in the approval cycle.
