One of the biggest things I teach in my new book "Harder, Better, Longer, Stronger" is this: Desire doesn't decline because you get older... It declines because you stop paying attention to the things that keep your body feeling safe, turned on, and connected.

"Desire" declines with age. Your mind does not always keep a comparable level of desire & desirability with your body. You can look and feel 50, but your mind thinks it's 30. That determines a lot as to significant others and others.

Sorry for the dumb question, but when will the books ship? I'm eager to see mine.

This has been precisely my experience. A few years ago, I took radical steps to improve my health. That opened the door to wanting to be better in my mindset and my outcomes. Then I had the great fortune of discovering your YouTube content, Caitlin. And nothing has been the same ever since.
Can't wait to see the book hit store shelves. Countdown to greatness.

I am soooo anxious for the book. I hope this old guy can benefit. I’m guessing “Yes!”

I must respectfully disagree with your premise...sometimes as we (I) aged, due to health issues, lack of libido and stamina does have an affect on desire because these factors tend to make me feel uncomfortable and unwanted and I lose interest 😕
