Notifications began to flood his screen, but Jonathan, completely absorbed in the moment, barely paid attention to them. What he had just triggered in Boruk's mind was far more captivating.
As Boruk struggled to free himself, a low growl of annoyance escaped his throat. There was no longer any question of restraint or social rules. Jonathan smiled wider, a glint of mischief in his eyes, knowing that he had succeeded in breaking the chains of civilization, at least for this moment, and giving way to his companion's rawest instincts.
