Update on Chapter 2-3 NPC artwork (include spoilers)

NPC artwork for chapter 2 (18/20)
NPC for chapter 2 is almost all done, some of them will reappear at later chapters too.
NPC artwork for chapter 2 (5/x)
For chapter 3 NPCs, I have started the design work, but I do not have a solid number on how much of artwork there should be. Chapter 3 will be in another city, so there will be a lot of new NPCs.
You can see them in the attached files, note some of them are WIP, and most of chapter 3 NPCs are not included.
