If you have trouble redeeming your code, please help!

Hi everyone, I'm Cait, the main programmer of NofH. As most of you know, we current experience a huge bug: many of you are not able to redeem the bonus code. But our team tested it on our computer, it runs good and we are able to get the code as I designed. So that why I post this, we need your help.

If you are willing to provide your feedback, please follow the steps here:
1. Install NofH version 1.9.1, content version 1.0.2 (very important!), then contact us for a new code.

2. Download debug patch here: https://mega.nz/#!jZA3kSrA!gaVlE9GUGX1SY8Dw2vMMIV5r7B3AeGDvuFILq2Lt7eg

3. Install the debug patch, and run the game. You may notice a new window pops up, ignore it now and DO NOT CLOSE it.

4. Go to menu, and redeem your new code as usual.

5. Take a screenshot of developer tools, please remember to scroll down the console part to the bottom, otherwise we are not able to grab useful information from your screenshot.

6. Repeat step 4 and 5 again.

7. Send us your screenshot to ming@notesofhearts.com
