Huh. That is an odd problem indeed. Is 'orgasm' on the list? I actually presume it is. Perhaps use 'come' instead? I mean, you did use the correct word, but if they're going to complain about its use then that's addressable. (This isn't me saying 'I agree with the restriction', but given the restriction is in place that may work as a fix?)
