Apps & software I use to edit my pictures
Added 2018-12-23 08:49:54 +0000 UTCHi Patrons!I’ve received quite a few requests about this subject through IG comments and DM’s so I think now is the perfect time to reveal my list to you. Be sure that I will be sharing a video as well and probably tutorials in the near future so stay tuned!
1. Facetune 2:
This is my number one favorite to retouch the levels of light/colors, to correct little skin imperfections and just overall make a picture pop on an iPad. I also love “misusing” a lot of this app’s tools to turn my pictures into interesting artworks. Let me know in the comments if you’d like to see a tutorial about that.
2. Autodesk Sketchbook:
This is an amazing app for people who like to draw/paint/sketch on iPad but can’t afford an iPad Pro or Procreate. This app is FREE and includes a wide variety of drawing/painting tools and even a screen recording option if you’re into art time-lapses. I use this app whenever I need to scan one of my sketches or when drawing on top of some of my portraits.
3.Photofox:
I use this one sometimes (the free version). It’s a good app to play with. The cutting out/background tool is very precise compared to the one in facetune 2. I also like the Smokey effect tool and the picture merging tool.
4. Software: Apart from these iPad apps I also work a lot on my computer and especially with Photoshop CC and Lightroom when it comes to art and photography. When it comes to videos I use Adobe Premiere Pro for all my YouTube videos. I’m still discovering how to use this software which is really amazing but a little bit tricky to learn.
That’s it for now! I hope this will help some of you or be interesting at least.
