This has always been an emotional episode for me to watch, I read the manga first so I knew what was coming up so in a way it made it harder lol. I’m glad you liked it!! But yeah, Bondrewd does it all on purpose

Just putting it in your brain early~

Also, on the topic you brought up about children in intense situations in story telling; Another good and dark show that involves that situation is called "Shinsekai Yori" or the English title "From the New World." It's about psychic children in a school meant to train their abilities, but there are secrets being hidden from them by the adults in their society. I'd highly recommend it as another Patreon show. I will add however, that they aren't kids for the entire show.
