Also, not to lower your expectations, but they say to be continued in a lot of Jojo to show the STORY is continuing, not specifically oingo boingo... and regarding hol horse "emperor" stand, it's not too complicated, the bullets are just able to turn and curve to however hol horse wants and hence why it was able to go through the pipe. Fate just brought it to turn back on himself!
