4. Please leave any required info in your submission, such as appearance and names
5. This is not a commission, while you may leave your suggestion for what you'd like me to do, the final outcome is based on my discretion
6. Include any hard 'No's if you have any, things such as off-limits kinks or scenarios
7. Only submit one entry
8. Once filled out, comment "Submitted" on this post to confirm your submission
