Thirteen - Episode 4

Thirteen - Episode 4

I swear I thought I responded to this yesterday. 🤣 geez I'm a space case some times! I'll respond now! Definitely the best episode up until this point! And Jodie is absolutely incredible! I'm not sure what's going on with Elliot, but there better be some reason for him being such a dumbass! Not that that reason would be an excuse though. He's just... A mess we really didn't need in all this. PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER ELLIOT. Ya the questions are super annoying. They either don't ask the right questions or they give up without really pushing for an answer. Or they just move on to another question without even giving her time to answer even if she wanted to! My friend and I had a fantastic time! It was a great visit!!! 🙌🥰

One to go. I'm excited. I agree wholeheartedly with your comments, Kelsea. This was the best episode yet, even if it was a tad "Days of our Lives." Importantly, we have conclusions and answers to the spiderweb of love interests, and the fallout proved satisfactory. I too felt teary in places, and that presents credibility to the acting and writing. Wow, Jody is amazing. 😍 In Elliot's defense, let's assume one is innocent until proven a dickhead. There was a reference to his... mother? I believe Ivy said something to him. What is going on with his family? Is this case personal? Not sure, but before we call him a fuckwit, maybe we should hang off. This is not an excuse, in any way shape or form, for his miserable expertise and compassion as a Police Officer. If you are mentally out of the loop, take a break, or allow someone else to complete the investigation. Hopefully we will discover what his issues are or I'm not watching Outlander again! Roger's character will be tainted forevermore as a prick. LOL. Like you, I find it frustrating that the questions posed to Ivy are narrow and incomplete. What was the cellar like? Having lived with White for over a decade, she would know his movements, proclivities, habits and likes. What does he eat, where does he shop? Humans are creatures of habit. She may have overheard him speak to other people, friends, etc. He couldn't live off his mom's house rent, so what did he do for a job after he left the school? Who bricked up the wall? Has anyone talked to the plumber, or electrician, or the postman? Credit card and bank records would identify hotspots. You can't live thirteen years in complete isolation. Anyhow, here's hoping the writers wrap up the story and deliver a satisfying outcome. Cheers. BTW, did you and your friend have fun catching up? I'm sure you behaved. (snigger)

Seriously! Tim and Elliot are talented at being dumb. So very impressive. It's heartbreaking how much Mark twisted Ivy's mind! Trauma can do crazy things to the mind. It's horrifying to think about honestly. I'm glad Jodie was nominated for this! She absolutely deserved it!!! Eloise is definitely a fav and I hope she can get her life together and find happiness as well! Can't wait for the finale!

I reckon Tim and Elliot should get together then they could really fuck up Ivy even more! 🙄. Mark White made Ivy feel so guilty about Dillon's death that she truly thought her own mother would hate her. Sounds daft, I know, but she was imprisoned with only Mark messing with her thoughts for thirteen years..so that's why she blocked it out. Agree about Jodie's acting - she got her first Bafta nom for this! I think Eloise is a star and I just hope she can sort her life out! Looking forward to watching the finale with you, Kelsea - this week - crikey! Time flies! Haha
