I've had chronic bladder infections my entire life so I understand the pain. If you can find cranberry concentrate, those are the best. They are usually in the frozen isle in a round container but they can be hard to find. If not, drink a whole bottle of cranberry juice. You will pee like crazy but that's a good thing.
