Regarding "friendly fire" it only happens when the "tactical helmet" is removed so you can make an assumption that the smart helmet works with the smart guns and it disables the guns in crossfire to prevent friendly fire. Let me quote part of the dialogue in training "hey dummy get out of my way, I can't shoot, you'll ruin our score!" "I can't help it, my tactical helmet is on the fritz!" It's as if the tactical helmet and the guns work in tandem and it disabled her gun when he got in the way.

2023-07-16 22:17:44 +0000 UTCahem... this obsession with 10 lashes π Would you rather be the wuss who ran away from administrative punishment or the one who took the deserved punishment fairly and then decide on their own to leave. Either decision is fine but picking on one decision as very wrong seems fishy. In fact one of the two choices seems like it leaves pride intact while the other throws it away. Oh and "war" was a spoiler because that was when war started... even though it opened a year into the future when they were already fighting bugs.
