The scene when she was trying to re-enact her crime, she was making it up as she went, because obviously she didn’t do it. She kept looking over at the detective for help. Earlier, she looked at the guy with the baby, because that’s the guy that kidnapped her daughter. He’s the actual killer. He has her daughter on him.
