I'm on my last day of antibiotics, which have been giving me daily migraines, so hopefully my last day of misery!
I have seen all of those unfortunately! I don't remember a lot about into the wild because I think I watched it really late at night while breastfeeding a newborn at some point π€£ so it's kind of a blur. So maybe a rewatch??
Nomadland is a fucking MASTERPIECE. I love that movie so much. And I adore Frances McDormand! She won my heart over in Fargo. But Nomadland was on a whole other level. Art. Pure art. My mom met her once and was so excited lol. My mom was traveling in her van and Frances asked for a tour of it because after filming nomadland she was in the market for one of her own so she wanted to see what my mom liked about hers. My mom called me absolutely giddy. "FRANCES MCDORMAND IS IN MY VAN!!!" π€£
Cast Away is a fucking classic and a total masterpiece as well. Shame on anyone who hasn't seen it. π€£ I cry over Wilson every time I watch it. Every. Time. Such a spectacular movie.
I'd happily do rewatches of any of these just for fun for Patreon. But ya, I've seen them! (But again, I don't remember into the wild too much).

Hi, how are you? Hope youβre doing better. May I recommend a couple more films for your list? I recently rewatched one of my favorite films π₯ again, itβs so good I have to tell someone.
INTO THE WILD, the true story about Christopher McCandless, who after graduating from a prestigious university, decided to leave all that behind, in search of a better life in the Canadian wilderness.
NOMADLAND, about a woman in her sixties, after losing everything in the Great Recession, embarks on a journey through the American West, living as a van-dwelling modern-day nomad. This is a moving powerful beautifully shot film about finding your joy and peace after a tragedy.
Cast Away, with Tom Hanks as a FedEx executive on his way to an assignment in Malaysia when his plane crashes over the Pacific Ocean during a storm. The sole survivor of the flight, Chuck washes ashore on a deserted island. When his efforts to sail away and contact help fail, Chuck learns how to survive on the island, where he remains for years, accompanied by only his handmade volleyball friend, Wilson. an unforgettable film.
Thank you, Kelsea. Best wishes.
