In these episodes I skip the recap before I hit play, not after, because you are right: skipping during the watch-along is difficult. The "skip recap" is a Disney+ button that takes everyone at the same seconds. If you are watching it from another platform that does not offer this button, you can manually slide to the exact seconds (I always mention them before hitting play), and start from there.
