In the commentary for Revenge of the Sith, George Lucas says he based the scene where Palpatine declares himself emperor while Anakin is slaughtering the last of the Separatists on the baptism/murder scene here. This is one of those movies that’s referenced CONSTANTLY. I used to watch one when I was a kid, a segment on the show “Animaniacs” called “Goodfeathers”(Goodfellas) and their boss, the Godpigeon. And if you ever get around to watching Clone Wars, there’s a Hutt (of course) based in Vito named Marlo (see what they did there?). I think there’s a Corleone expy in Zootopia too, isn’t there?

Sometimes I was a bit weirded out and not sure ehat they meant, but Spanish and Italian are similar, very similar. They would understand us and we would understand them. Same goes for Portuguese, Romanian, French, and others
