Despite this movie contains little to no action, it's so interesting that it gains your attention during its entire length.
And kudos because they've also cut the drama: if there's someone crying and fearing for Mark, that's me. Consider me the mother we never saw in this movie 😂

I really love this movie. If I were a science teacher I’d definitely show this in class, because in addition to being just a fun, entertaining movie, I love how it shows how cool and how very useful science is. I also really love the character of Mark Whitney. He’s kind of a bad ass botanist. I’m not sure if there are bad ass botanists in real life, but I like to think there are.
