I know that this is different that what I usually create but from my personal experience, I feel that healing and honoring your inner child is crucial to fully embracing and enjoying ABDL as a kink. Although I was interested in ABDL for as long as I can remember, I did not really let myself enjoy it or feel comfortable indulging in it because I had issues surrounding vulnerability which rooted back to childhood experiences. I feel that once we heal our inner child we can truly accept and embrace who we are and what we like with no shame or judgement. I really hope that you enjoy these inner child healing audios.
