First she crushes towns unaware, goes to sleep, wakes up and examines the city and discovers that they are human she then gets sexually aroused by the thoughts of how she crushed the town when she thought it was an alien plant. Following her masturbation there's a few other scenes before she has a breakdown and realizes how evil she is to have enjoyed killing millions for her masturbation. Then she eventually decides to continue crushing cities. So far there isn't any significant discrepancy between the comic and the story.
