i know you probably wrote this a while ago but i am so sorry that happened to you! that’s horrible :( people can be so cruel, i honestly cant imagine how you must of felt. those guys are TRASH.

2021-10-19 17:25:18 +0000 UTCSex shaming is complete bullsh!t. I had first hand experience of it myself when I was 18, except with me it was a lack of sex that lead to it. I was attending an adult community college, & I was pretty outspoken about stuff like consent, bodily autonomy & not giving into peer pressure to have sex if you didn't feel ready. A guy in one of my classes, as I found out later, thought that my holding such views, & openly being a virgin, meant that I had a superiority complex & needed to be taught a lesson - so with the aid of a woman he was dating they decided to have some warped idea of fun with me. She agreed to put their relationship on hold, whilst he gamed me over a 6 month period, built up enough of a relationship & trust that I lost my virginity to him, then promptly dumped me a week later & then the pair of them proceeded to go into graphic detail with everyone they knew about everything from my body to blow by blow accounts of sexual activities I'd participated in. At least in my case I was able to get away from the shaming when my courses finished up at the end of that year, I can't imagine the damage something like this could do to someone's psyche if it was something they had to deal with over a period of several years.
