From scratches, huge breasts, or a combination of both? I've always loved larger breasts but I do feel bad for women with smaller frames because of the strain on the shoulders and back.

I can't recall a lot of the detail other than some stuff backing up the notion that expecting and wanting the pain really does make a huge difference in how our brains process it. But it's cool that the research is being done.
