I've already seen GoT but I might do Season 8!

I voted for the unaired pilot. It’s like going back in time to a slightly alternate universe. But I’m really hoping you can react to Xena and Game of Thrones. I think with your sense of humor you would really enjoy Xena, much like Buffy in so many ways. And GoT is so good you will come to love it, even if initially you have qualms about it.

I’m actually one of the few who saw the movie first and loved it. I do agree with Miranda this is a great time to watch. The firefly commentaries are awesome and I hope you do them, but I think maybe you should wait until you’ve watched the film. I think if you get a chance to see them come back together it will make listening to the commentaries all that much sweeter. They definitely enjoy each others company. You should also check out joss whedons “much ado about nothing” (lots of previous whedonverse people). He got the idea because he used to invite he cast of Buffy to his house to do Shakespeare readings.

The firefly bloopers are made of win. The commentaries are very good, too, and provide great insight as well as giggles.

I'd love to see all of these, but I think doing the BTVS movie first might be nice. You are one ep away from finishing season 1 and in some ways the first season was an opportunity for Joss to go back and do justice to some of the ideas he was trying to explore in the movie. Not sure what details you may know about the movie but short version he didn't have much control over how his script got realized. The movie though not officially cannon serves roughly as a prequel to season 1 and IMO the show really moves into new territory beginning season 2 so now is a great time to do it. Though I'm always happy to keep the Firefly magic alive.
