[Nia] Dress #2 WIP

Like I said on the Discord server I am planning on doing Nia first, but I also saw a lot of people mention characters such as Mio, Nael, or Mythra/Pyra quite a lot. I might end up doing 1 or 2 more characters with this dress so I will do a poll with the most suggested characters later on!
