hearing about the movies you've watched is always fun but it wouldnt be the end of the world if you didnt want to do these anymore. 100% up to you :)

I enjoy the recaps and hearing about movies i havent seen yet, but if you needed to free up time to focus on other content id understand too

I love both 'Prisoners' and 'Time Bandits' for very different reasons. Also, I concur that 'Superman' was a lot of fun.

I would really miss these recaps if you stopped putting them out altogether. They're a great way for me to find new films to watch. As for the films that I already have seen or recommended, I still love hearing your thoughts on them, especially the many you have covered that I don't think nearly enough people talk about. My favorite films that I've watched in the last month or so are 'The Straight Story' (1999), 'The Deer Hunter' (1978), and 'Top Secret!' (1984). I also really enjoyed 'Slumber Party Massacre II' (1987), which I just watched before the podcast episode.

lol, ralph fiennes is always making you uncomfortable, from julian slowick to victor quartermaine! maybe i'll just recommend ralph fiennes movies from now on, really get you into his oeuvre. i swear he doesn't always play bad guys. so glad you enjoyed the movies, i had an inkling strange darling would be up your alley. i won't say too much but i love this movie, went in blind and it ended up being a fave. i love that the movie loves its music, and just sits with its music sometimes. lovely soundtrack. and wallace and gromit is just cosy but inventive fun. i'd definitely check out the rest of them!

I will look out for 'Strange Darling'. I would miss this type of content if it vanished all together. But if you are going to watch more movies and discuss more of them as reactions/on the podcast, I wouldn't mind if reviews were changed to only cover films that weren't reactions/podcast episodes. In June, I watched ‘Don’t Breathe’(2016) and its sequel ‘Don’t Breathe 2’(2021), which are an interesting spin on the home invasion- horror subgenre. Although, I thought the first one was better than the sequel. Also watched crime thriller ‘Prisoners’ (2013) to check out a Denis Villeneuve film after he was announced as the next James Bond movie director. In July, I watched ‘Superman’ (2025) and ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ (2025) at the cinema, both were a lot of fun. I also watched ‘Time Bandits’ which you had previously recommended in a Monthly Movie Review.
