ICYMI: 'I'd Survive' Podcast is Out Now!!

Helloooo, everyone!

At the time that I'm writing this, the second episode of my podcast with Caitlin Marie (you may also know her as 'she's scared' on YouTube) is out now! 'I'd Survive' is a horror movie recap podcast! One of us knows and tells the story, while the other has never seen the movie - we play some 'what would you do?' along the way and assign it a survivability score in the end! The first episode covered Psycho (1960) and this week we covered Speak No Evil (2022).

I realized I've posted about this everywhere but here, so here we are! We peaked at #37 on the TV/Film US Spotify charts in our first week which absolutely blows my mind. It's all because of ratings, reviews & episode comments from you guys! So if you find yourself listening and enjoying, please interact as well - it makes a huge difference!

An amazing experience -- something very new in the podcast world, and done quite well, too. I recently saw a movie that may have been a progenitor of "Psycho" called "Don't Bother to Knock (1952)" that had a lot of the elements of psycho, but not the intense violence, more psychological. If I ask you "Who is the 20th Century Cinema's biggest sex symbol of all time?" most people (20th century men ..) would say Marilyn Monroe. Well here she is, very young, one year before she became the mega star everyone knows her for, as an enigmatic lonely young girl in the big city, getting a taste of "the good life" she always wanted, but things don't go all to plan. Recommended.

Just listened to your episode on Psycho and loved it! Looking forward to more.

This poster reminded of the show "Dead Like Me". Its a gem of the 2000´s TV that deserves more attention. The Pilot episode is a stand alone that I think you would enjoy reacting to.
