Partly synthetic Otto design

Here are some concept drawings for an idea I haven't really played around with much: what if there was an Otto form that was partly robotic? For those not in the know, my fursona is a gooey shapeshifting hivemind creature and so all the different forms are just branches and clones that can do their own shenanigans. I've never thought of making part of the skin synthetic and having the goo be visible through a clear film though, lets me play with really bubbly water effects and cool gradients! Also included is this Otto (they're an otter/rat hybrid based on one of my very first fursona designs btw!) being experimented on by Chinchilla Otto, who is maybe only slightly turned on at the moment.
