2024/09 - Bimonthly Poll - #HPDTNP - Result!

HPDTNP = #help-peapu-decide-the-next-pack
Submissions are closed for 2024/07!
--------------------
A little preamble for those that don't know what HPDTNP is. Every month we hold the B.A.P poll, every second month we hold a HPDTNP poll. The HPDTNP is a time when patrons can cast their suggestions for what pack is made. The final choice is semi-random (we filter through them to make sure they make sense) so any one of your suggestions can be chosen.
----------------------

We've chosen a winner for this month's poll!

(jk we won't abandon you battlemap assets, just gotta do some city stuff first)

Perhaps a little long overdue, but it does seem like battlemap stuff has been getting most of the love recently. The RNG gods agree. This time the next asset pack on the list will be a city one.
As per the double suggestion. We'll try and focus on the high society elements of the city. So expect no trash this time, clean streets, barriers for security and all that jazz.

A small reminder that the City pack has a scale of 40ft per 512px or 20ft per 256px (1 grid square in DD). So think of the Post_Apocalypse City packs to see what to expect.

As always do give us your ideas for what you'd like to see in the this pack. They ALWAYS help us get the brainstorming and planning stage on the way.

The Tyrel headquarters are so darn big making it to scale would be impossible in any of our styles. Would have to downscale it by a factor of 8 just to make the asset itself 8k in the Citi style. In the City-Style it'd have to be by a factor of 16. xD But maybe it is worth downscaling...

Oooh, some Blade Runner style stuff would be REALLY cool. The Tyrel corp headquarters, for example. Well, okay, that might be a bit -too- big... What would that be, an entire map? ...But, the aesthetic!
