Raking my head over whether to adhere to the old naming convention or the new one for this pack sure did make me wish for a nuclear winter.

Release Commentary:
This is the first Re-Skin pack that we've attempted to do. Some parts were simple, some parts took as long as they do with a normal pack. I had to abandon the save-edit feature I wanted to be available for this pack, since things got a little too complicated with logical naming and keeping that alive. This pack does not contain colorables, as those should be available in the normal version. and I saw no reason to bloat the pack with them The same goes for assets that wouldn't change much with a reskin (cracks). So there are just two versions of assets here Icy Blue and snowed over fellas.

The roads were also edited here to take away the sidewalk, as I feel like that was a mistake in the original pack since it never meshed well with other textures. I intend to edit the original to apply the same fix, but am slightly hesitant in case someone loved them. So please do tell if you like the roads in this one more.
