Market Analysis - Get notified for pack updates?
Added 2024-02-23 07:50:21 +0000 UTCMore market analysis polls but this time in regards to what you folks prefer when it comes to getting emails from patreon. This one regarding updates to existing packs.
Naturally, if its a big update I feel inclined to check that "Notify members of changes" checkbox when updating a post with the changelog.
However, I 'm not too sure about small changes.
e.g. today I did a few hotfixes for the prison pack, but didn't send out an update via patreon
Just one on discord (I always post changelogs there)
So the question is:
Do you want to receive notifications for all updates no matter how small (e.g. fixed broken pixels on an asset, added a color variation, and added a few tags)?

Ye, I do indeed do that. I hope I don't forget to change any dates. Patreon has been glitchy with big posts recently and makes editing a lag-fest. Hopefully they fix it soon.

2024-02-23 16:41:40 +0000 UTCI think you already do this, but having the date in the master post of when the pack was updated would be helpful. That way if I am coming through and ensuring I have all the updated assets, I can match that to the date I downloaded everything last

So I see you have an Updated channel, but I wouldn't look at it unless I got tagged - meaning I'd miss most updates. So I think either an email or beginning to tag folks in Discord (maybe for those who choose a role for it?) for updates would be helpful.
