Release Commentary:
Alrighty, finally managed to give this one a proper overhaul to get it up to modern standards.
The basic changes are in the changelog, but the ones I wanted to mention is changing the scale, as I've started doing with a previous vehicle pack. I've also changed the designs ever so slightly with some of the vehicles to give them more visual legibility. Reminder for DD this update is breaking, so won't work with any of your old saves. (sad, but necessary)

One of the things I still don't quite know how to do is, figure out what is the best combination of color variations as its a balance between giving enough to play around with and having too much bloat. Hopefully, what's here will suffice.  

Another one is accurate naming, can't tell if I want to shove all cars under the 'car' prefix or have them separate, so cars are all lightweight sedan-like vehicles, then vans and trucks are separate. Or, everything with 4 wheels is a car and then add a later tag to it as 'truck' or 'van'.
For now I've settled on more separation, so they're all vehicles and then only have 1 order of specificity; so: Vehicles -> subcategory

Anywho, glad to get this update finally off the checklist, hopefully this year will allow me to tackle all the updates!
