2024-05-11 03:02:00 +0000 UTCYou did unlock a sad memory. In year 2 or 3, a new girl started. She didn't live too far from me, she seemed nice. So I started to become friends & we hung out a few times. But zero people in the school liked her. I used to stand up for her a little. But it was like an overwhelming tide & I really didn't get it. I too was getting bullied for liking her & standing up for her. I think eventually I stopped hanging with her & gave in to the abuse & I felt really guilty. Still do I guess. She wasn't there long, maybe a year. I wonder what it was they were picking up on? She seemed very normal, even super nice, from my memories :(

2024-05-11 00:31:08 +0000 UTCIn highschool I used to just say I had a guitar lesson & not show up to PE. Would often goto the music building & just play guitar on my own, maybe had a lesson sometime that day. I was mostly adverse to the cold when it came to PE.

2024-05-05 01:24:40 +0000 UTCUgh PE…I eventually refused to go up to bat etc, because there was too much pressure to do well (and I wasn’t athletic/coordinated), and everyone would get mad at me if/when I failed. Not worth it! The game Lewis described would probably make me cry… I once brought an entire dodge ball game to a halt- I refused to play, but was the last on my team who was still in. Everyone was yelling at me; I shutdown.
