Every time I see you going in with an Xacto I cringe :) You should consider getting some of these blades: https://www.amazon.com/Xacto-X618-Blades-Pkg-100/dp/B000ZVREV2/ref=sr_1_24?dchild=1&keywords=chisel+tip+xacto&qid=1596483256&sr=8-24 - they'll make some of the trimming you need to do towards the edges of the shells WAY easier and less messy.
