I really did not see this coming at all but I love to see it. I adore both of their characters and with how hesitant Sokka is towards Zuko - I love to see them interacting and gaining newfound friendship as well as respect for one another π₯° the character dynamics are on a whole other LEVEL with this show π₯Ήππ

Fun fact The Boiling Rock was inspired by, and based on the real life prison Alcatraz, that also has a record of no successful escape attempts. There was also a real life escape attempt similar to Sokkaβs original escape plan where the prisoners tried to use a boat to escape. Also pay real close attention to Azula in these last few episodes. Itβs really important in understanding her arc as it comes to an end. The end of this episode is where it really starts.
