I didn't like this at all. i wasn't upset as most non-gamers were. Early on into season, i looked into the second game and found out about joel's fate, and i said that as soon as joel's gone, i'm gone. i've never seen a company sabotage their own hit show. I haven't heard of Bella until this show. this must've been doubly upsetting for u because u experienced this in the game and show. I was very close to buying the first season , but knowing wat i knew ,i didn't. Bella was Millie in The Worst Witch, and she stepped away when she began having mental health issues and a major health issue. Now both her and her character are being attacked from all sides. they made Ellie so unlikeable this season, i'm Rooting for the Bloater and other infected. I agree that they did terrible casting for Abby, who they'll force on us in hopes we'll like her Kaitlyn, "Abby", was up for Ellie. I can't even tell Bella and her apart. Bella is being made fun of because of her looks, and i don't know how she'll handle the stress. I don't think she can carry a show for 2 more seasons without star power. But we'll see.

2025-05-08 21:38:18 +0000 UTCOf course it was going to happen. That's one of those plot points that ties the whole thing together. Sadly, I did have one favorite part with this episode. The ending song, Ashley Johnson (v.o. for Ellie in the game) - Through the Valley. I've listened to this song for years, by Shawn James (incredible voice). Did you know Troy Baker (v.o. of Joel in the game) also has an album and encouraged Ashley to do more singing with her unique voice? He pushed her (friendly) into doing some incredible songs with him and solo. In the Valley is one of my favorites, though. Excellent choice for the closing scene.
