So shizz has really been hitting the fan here and things are becoming uncovered little by little... and it's uncovering into such a sad story. I really sympathize with Wanda and it has to be out of grief. I don't know but the plot is thickening and it almost feels like the walls are closing in on her :(
Things feel more and more stressful and I don't know how to describe it but the way that each episode isn't giving *everything* away and still building upon it is great. I'm really loving the show so far :)

2022-09-20 19:03:58 +0000 UTCAaron Taylor-Johnson was cast with Elisabeth Olsen to play the Maximoff twins in Age of Ultron. A code name Pietro is also known by is Quicksilver. The character of Quicksilver was also in the Xmen movies, played by Evan Peters; the guy at Wanda's front door. Wanda's brother didn't die in the X-Men franchise so she replaced her brother in the Marvel universe with him. O_O Didn't see that coming, did you? ;)

2022-09-19 20:15:00 +0000 UTCThe reveal at the end of this episode was just groundbreaking for me. When I watched it the first time, I fell off the couch. Hell, this episode (and Buffy S5E1) are the episode that got me into reaction stuff (and kinda eventually to me being a subscriber of you now, so huzzah!). This was just so beautifully done in a completely meta way that no show had ever come close to doing, for the reasons I hope you are reading above. It was just a masterstroke. And this show is not done yet!

This one was the 80s and it was based off of Family Ties. In that shows intro, they also showed baby pictures of the actors in the show. Pretty funny lol 🤣 Wanda's story is sad, but she's doing some really terrible things just so she doesn't have to feel her pain. That's when she loses sympathy points honestly. And I guess you didn't get the commercial this episode. Lagos was the city where Wanda accidentally threw Crossbones into a building, when he blew up and he killed people. So these commercials are all about Wanda and her (quite traumatic) past. Two of them about Hydra, where she was experimented on. Stark Industries, one of Tony's weapons killed her parents as children. And Lagos, where she killed people, hence the slogan "For when you make a mess you didn't mean to."

Kinda awesome how she was someone who did missions in space. But that's the reason for her mood change when Captain Marvel is mentioned. Loving the reactions!

2022-09-18 16:13:52 +0000 UTCThe current speculation, at this point in the show as a viewer, is that Vision is Vision because she stole Vision's body. Pietro died in Sokovia. No body to resurrect. SO maybe a recast? 'wink wink' lol, that was the internet buzz at the time this episode was released. Guess, we'll find out ;) (Hint: this is still not all what it seems, there is more to unravel and uncover)

There is a very important end credit scene after episode 8. So if you haven’t watched that far yet try to remember to catch that because it’s really important to the final episode. I am excited for you to watch the rest of this series. Take care.

2022-09-18 14:30:28 +0000 UTCSo incase you're wondering why there is two different versions of the character. It was back when Marvel wasn't all under Disney. Marvel made a deal with Fox that they would have exclusive rights to the Quicksilver character along with Scarlet Witch. Marvel was still allowed to use the characters for Avengers: Age of Ultron, but they had to use their real names, not their mutant names. And they also couldn't refer to them as mutants.
