Subjective Patreon Policies Part 2 - Contingencies

First of all, the adult-only Patreon account isn't going anywhere, at least for now, unless it's forced to. But it's smart to have contingency plans in case something happens with this account specifically, or Patreon in general.
First it's worth noting I have a safe-for-work Patreon account here:

It was originally a place where I'd post Original Life +5 comics, but as I've run out of ideas and time for those, I've been starting to work up just ordinary SFW images to put there. It only makes the tiniest fraction of what this account does, right now.
Secondly, I've been maintaining an adult-only Subscribestar account for a long time. Yes, this entire time it's been mirroring my Patreon account in every way except for the Steering Committee stuff. I suppose if adult-only Patreon goes down, I'll add a steering committee tier there. The link is here:

It doesn't have as many features as Patreon right now. There's no polling feature that I know of, and I can't post multiple images in a post for comics, as far as I can tell.
Keep these in mind as a contingency. Or if you want to bail on Patreon now, and would rather keep up on Subscribestar, feel free. Sorry we have to talk about this, but the world is what it is!

That being said, is there a backup plan for keeping the steering committee and voting process in play? I read the post, but didn’t see anything about it.

2020-03-14 00:51:53 +0000 UTCShit ain't new, man; Patreon does this once or twice a year, and it always goes the same: 1) Suspend a few accounts to put the fear of god into the community as a whole. 2) A few creators leave in a huff, most appeal the suspensions. 3) Suspended accounts are quietly re-activated a week or so later, sometimes with some additional CYA in place. 4) Life returns to normal, with the community reminded to be cautious about what they put under Patreon's banner. I think they do it to keep us on our toes; let us grow complacent, we get sloppy with our ass-covering, and then they have a serious issue on their hands.

Cosplayers will ditch Patreon for Onlyfans, Artist will shift to Subscribestar, and I don't even know where Moviemakers and Discoursers will go.
