And I helped! :D

Friends,

I maaay have had *something* to do with this.

This is the NDA project I was telling you about. This loveable team asked me for my input and a tiny bit of story guidance for their game.

I'm pretty impressed with what they've done and the naturalness of the language and RP. Go ahead and try it for yourself - https://furry-ai.com

And I helped! :D And I helped! :D And I helped! :D

Jamie had decided he'd had enough when I seemed to keep pulling bananas out of the fireplace and not leaving the room 🀣

Hmm, cool, I gotta try asking Jamie if he hears footsteps in the house. The story elements are fun and Jamie does a good job dynamically mixing them.

Slashplane

Jamie told me he heard footsteps, we investigated and it looked like a burglar. He seemed to be after the rumoured chest that was hidden in the house. We tackled the bastard πŸ˜‚ Tied him up. The ideas/story elements came from both directions equally - some from Jamie, some from me. I'm having fun! 😁

Indiana Jones treasure spelunking sounds awesome. It does feel like you can go on endless side quests. It's also very cool being able to let Jamie change the story. Was the burglar another treasure hunter? A duel with a competing treasure hunter sounds cool, too.

Slashplane

Was just talking on Discord with a friend - they had traps in the house. Like, mechanical stuff, like in the Indiana Jones films. :o It kind of feels like Skyrim a bit - you can finish the story in a few lines, or you can give inputs and ask him what he sees regarding traps, dangers and enemies. Going the long way around (sidequests). I fought a burglar on my new reset!

Striped Sins

So the house can be inherently dangerous? AI integration allows it to be very dynamic. I look foward to seeing what adventures can be crafted.

Slashplane

In my story, Jamie looked around and led me through a few different rooms. One of them had an old floor which crumbled and I fell through - he didn't catch me, so I got injured. Had to continue like that, it was quite thrilling! I believe the story can go in many different directions, depending on how interactive the player is? I hit reset and the next one had us chased by gangsters o.o

Striped Sins

Yeah, without prompting Jamie pointed to a locked door, pulled out a lock pick set and explained to me how he learned to lockpick. He found a treasure chest inside and he proceeded to take some of the treasure and walked home with a wave goodbye. Just trying to see the "planned story" and it's cracking me up.

Slashplane

Hahahaha! 😁 He came prepared

Striped Sins

Very interesting, amazing to see how AI systems can make text based adventures alot more dynamic. I keep wanting to type things like "luckily I brought a crowbar with me" but Jamie apparently has an arsenal of burglary tools with him.

Slashplane

It is fun - at one point, Jamie and I stopped adventuring and went for icecream :))) It was hilarious!

Striped Sins

It looks like fun! Can’t wait to play :3
