It gave us insight into each of the characters, that I personally wanted to know more about. Sam has been quite a big mystery so its great to understand his past. I think the characters are perfectly written! I also love this visual novel for the reason that it isnt afraid to touch very sensitive, dark and depressing topics. We are all adults, and its a different experience to enjoy a media that covers these topics is an impactful way. I love my fair share of Visual Novels, but I really enjoy Burrows because it presents topics that make me feel uncomfortable, upset and empathetic to the characters, providing a very unique experience. Not every story can be sunshine and rainbows, and burrows does an amazing job at expressing this. Overall, I really loved this update. I feel that it was a very important inclusion and I would love to see more like it! That helps fill in the bits of information regarding characters and their past. Thank you so much for the hard work, I assure you it has paid off! ^w^

Definitely feeling some sympathy for Charles and Sam, and definitely gives more insight into the whole crew. Thanks for making such an amazing work of art!
