So im pretty late to the party on this one but this scene just popped into my head earlier and i think it would be a good suggestion. Have her laying there in bed listening to the sounds. I like the idea! She might try to act like a dom first because she doesn’t want to show that she is nervous but quickly reveals her true nervous nature and then gets leaded by her neighbors into some intense sex adventures! :3 Some of them she is not sure what to think of them (like maybe anal play, rimming, vulgar language etc.) but starts to enjoy them because it is new and exciting.

I think that option would be easiest to segue into anything. She can try some stuff solo, then find things that require a partner. All that is necessary after that is the selection of the sexual partner or partners.
