Torus Tomb: The Last Barbarian preview build 1 changelog!

Good news, Everyone!

So! As I mentioned earlier, I broke the big release into two parts, and here it is – the first release is ready!

What's inside?

Save system in slots

Done: Unlike the original version, we have a save system with slots available from the very beginning of the game. The game also saves the player’s quests, stats, level progress, and the position of switches (only if this is provided for in the level design)

Planned: The game currently does not save the player's health status and certain clothing states. This will be implemented after the character customization feature. I plan to add scratches and bruises on the main character's skin based on the damage taken.

The Tomb of Torus
Done: A new location. Unlike the original version, the Tomb of Torus is not located in the mines (though this location will later be connected to them through a portal).
To enter the Tomb of Torus, we have to solve a simple puzzle. However, the cultists, who also wish to reach Torus, will try to stop us. You won't be able to kill all the cultists, as new ones will keep arriving to replace the fallen.

Planned: This location will also be supplemented with interactive objects (mimics, traps) after the "Hall of Torture" update.

Cultists
Done: The next enemy for the update is the Cultists. These enemies engage in ranged attacks. They have low health and deal little damage (for now).

Call of Lust scenes:

• Book of tentacles -  assisted leg spread

• Book of tentacles -  doggy rider

• Dominated licker

Planned: I am undergoing training on advanced AI techniques and want to diversify enemy behavior in the future. Currently, the behavior of the monsters is not final.

Alternative Health Recovery System

Done:The scenes with the cultists differ from the scenes with the half-orcs.

In the half-orc scenes, we make a roll and use the Barbarian's stats to determine whether we recover health or not. In the case of the cultists, each friction involves a d20 roll to determine success, depending on the Sex Skill parameter, and the mastery of a particular technique determines the amount of health points the Barbarian will recover.

Planned:I think this makes things more interesting, and I’m leaning towards using it for all scenes in Call of Lust going forward. What do you think about this?

Torus

A battle with Torus awaits us. He is no ordinary monster, but a mortal god. So, don't expect to be able to use the Call of Lust to seduce him (although you can try).

There is also a "reward" scene available with him.

The next update will be available by Christmas.
