0.9.31 Release

Hello Everyone!

I want to inform you that 0.9.31 is OUT!.Honestly, this has been one of the most challenging releases for me. Family concerns, the ongoing war, fatigue, and some emotional burnout have taken their toll, and I needed a little break to pull myself together and get back to work.

As you may have noticed, each quest has several endings. Good, neutral, and bad. For the quest 'Politics are dirty Business,' there will also be three endings available. To make it possible I needed to add a new character and make some adjustments for the content I have.
